To make the life of the Indian Army soldiers easier, the Indian Army launched an app known as the Hamraaz app which is dedicated to the soldiers of the Indian army only. This app has been made exclusively for serving soldiers only and has significantly helped the soldiers using it.
So, what is this Hamraaz app all about?
It was launched in the year 2017 and since has been helping the soldiers keep a track of their posting and other jo details. It also helps them view various documents like their salary slips along with other forms and also download them. It also has allowed reducing the communication gap between the soldiers by providing a streamlined and effective platform for communication within the app.
How is the confidential information of the app kept secured?
In order to ensure, only genuine serving soldiers can acmes the app, the app verifies the AAdhar details of the personnel. Once the AAdhar details are entered, it is verified over the database of the Army, and the person trying to access will get an OTP on their registered mobile no.
How to open a payslip on the Hamraaz app?
To open the payslip on the Hamraaz app, you will have to download it first from the official website. Once you reach the website you will get the download pop-up from which you can download the app. Next, you will have to log in to the app with your credentials. You will have to enter your PAN card details to log in to the app. Once you log in to the app, you will be redirected to a service page where there will be a menu bar. On clicking the menu bar, a drop-down menu will appear. In the options you will find, Download payslip from where you can download and open your payslip easily. You will be required to set a password to access the PDF file. Hamraaz app can only be accessed by serving soldiers of the Indian Army. The app is currently only available for Android. The app is free to use and free to download for Indian Army personnel. It is not available on the Google Playstore and hence can only be downloaded from the official website. To ensure that no one else other than a serving soldier can access the app, Aadhar card is linked to each account, making it a secure place for data. All service details like payslip, promotion, dues etc can easily be accessed via the Hamraaz app.
